HOW TO USE:
If you are sitting for your meditation, arrange the chakra spheres in a grid or circle around you for energy balance.
If you are laying down for your meditation, keep each sphere near the respective chakra point of your body.
Use the following placements to amplify chakra energies:
- Root Chakra - Bloodstone sphere to be placed near your feet.
- Sacral Chakra - Orange Carnelian sphere to be placed near your pelvic area.
- Solar Plexus Chakra - Tiger's Eye sphere to be placed near the area above your navel.
- Heart Chakra - Green Aventurine sphere to be placed near the center of the chest.
- Throat Chakra - Amazonite sphere to be placed on the base of your neck.
- Third Eye Chakra - Dark Blue Lapis Lazuli sphere to be placed near your forehead.
- Crown Chakra - Black Obsidian to be placed near the top of your head.
